Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Full-Time / Part-Time
  • Maryland · North Carolina

Oversee individualized ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs
  • Train parents and caregivers on behavior strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • State licensure (or eligibility) in MD or NC
  • Passion for ethical, family-centered care

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Full-Time / Part-Time
  • Maryland · North Carolina

Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision, helping children build essential life skills in a natural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Collect and record accurate session data
  • Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress
  • Build rapport with children and families
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
  • Experience working with children (preferred)
