Serving families across Maryland & North Carolina
High-quality ABA therapy that empowers children with autism to reach their potential — while supporting families every step of the way.
We do things differently: clinical quality over caseload size, family collaboration over cookie-cutter programs, transparency over industry norms.
Our name reflects our focus: helping children move ahead — at their own pace, toward their own goals.
What we stand for
Decisions based on clinical need, not billing metrics.
Families are essential partners at every step.
Honest, open communication about goals, progress, and recommendations.

Personalized treatment plans for each child's unique needs.

Evidence-based practice with ongoing supervision and quality assurance.

Working with families, schools, and providers for comprehensive care.

BCBAs analyze objective session data to assess progress, identify trends, and adjust your child's plan. You'll always know where things stand.

We use peer-reviewed techniques — NET, DTT, FCT, and other validated methods — based on what each child needs.

Hours are based on clinical need, not revenue goals. When goals are met, we adjust — including reducing hours when appropriate.

Caregiver training is central to our model. We equip families to support progress at home, school, and in the community.
We follow the BACB Ethics Code: informed consent, confidentiality, no conflicts of interest, and clinically justified services. If another provider is a better fit, we'll tell you.
A BCBA is assigned to every case — conducting assessments, designing plans, analyzing data, training RBTs, and communicating with families.
We follow the BACB Ethics Code in all aspects of practice: informed consent, evidence- based interventions, data-based decisions, and responsible service transitions.
Our team stays current through continuing education, approved CEUs, and in-house training on emerging topics in autism intervention.

The Ahead ABA clinical team
Founder & Operator
Judah founded Ahead ABA to prioritize ethical practice, family collaboration, and meaningful outcomes — with individualized care and transparent communication at the core.
After seeing how high caseloads and billing-driven models compromise quality, he built Ahead ABA on a simple principle: treatment decisions should be guided by a child’s progress and family goals — not productivity targets.
Clinical Director
Sara brings nearly a decade of clinical leadership to Ahead ABA. She has served as Chief Clinical Officer and Regional Director across multiple ABA organizations overseeing teams, developing treatment programs, and championing high standards of care. At Ahead ABA, Sara leads quality assurance across all clinical services, ensuring every BCBA delivers individualized, evidence-based therapy. Her approach is grounded in compassion, ethical practice, and a deep belief that ABA done right transforms lives.
