What we stand for

Our Values

Ethical Practice

Decisions based on clinical need, not billing metrics.

Family-Centered Care

Families are essential partners at every step.

Transparency

Honest, open communication about goals, progress, and recommendations.

Individualized Approach

Personalized treatment plans for each child's unique needs.

Clinical Excellence

Evidence-based practice with ongoing supervision and quality assurance.

Collaboration

Working with families, schools, and providers for comprehensive care.

Our Clinical Approach

Every decision is guided by your child’s data, your family’s goals, and the best available evidence. Treatment intensity and focus are determined by clinical need — never billing targets.

Data-Guided Decision Making

BCBAs analyze objective session data to assess progress, identify trends, and adjust your child's plan. You'll always know where things stand.

Rooted in Evidence-Based Practice

We use peer-reviewed techniques — NET, DTT, FCT, and other validated methods — based on what each child needs.

Progress-Driven, Not Profit-Driven

Hours are based on clinical need, not revenue goals. When goals are met, we adjust — including reducing hours when appropriate.

Family as Treatment Partners

Caregiver training is central to our model. We equip families to support progress at home, school, and in the community.

Our Ethical Commitment

We follow the BACB Ethics Code: informed consent, confidentiality, no conflicts of interest, and clinically justified services. If another provider is a better fit, we'll tell you.

A BCBA is assigned to every case — conducting assessments, designing plans, analyzing data, training RBTs, and communicating with families.

We follow the BACB Ethics Code in all aspects of practice: informed consent, evidence- based interventions, data-based decisions, and responsible service transitions.

Our team stays current through continuing education, approved CEUs, and in-house training on emerging topics in autism intervention.

Led by professionals committed to clinical integrity and family-centered care.

Judah Edelstein

Founder & Operator

Judah founded Ahead ABA to prioritize ethical practice, family collaboration, and meaningful outcomes — with individualized care and transparent communication at the core.
After seeing how high caseloads and billing-driven models compromise quality, he built Ahead ABA on a simple principle: treatment decisions should be guided by a child’s progress and family goals — not productivity targets.

Sara Guzman, BCBA

Clinical Director

Sara brings nearly a decade of clinical leadership to Ahead ABA. She has served as Chief Clinical Officer and Regional Director across multiple ABA organizations overseeing teams, developing treatment programs, and championing high standards of care.
